Processing time is up to 10 business days (Monday-Friday) from day of purchase. This means we have up to 10 business days to make/package your order before it ships. After the order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
If you have any shipping inquiries please contact USPS or UPS for assistance. You must work with the carrier for any delivery issues (lost/damaged, non delivery) as Luna K Studios is not responsible after it ships. Please double check shipping information when ordering to ensure address is correct as we can't modify the orders and to avoid the package being returned to sender due to invalid address. Items returned to sender will be recharged the shipping rate.
We are not responsible for any International duties/taxes/tariffs charged to customers upon international delivery. If the international package is returned to us due to delivery issues, you will be refunded your order value minus the international shipping rate.
We have a no return policy. All sales are final. Please inspect your items upon receipt and email us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item in order for us to evaluate and assist you. Our goal is customer satisfaction.
