Shipping Policy

Our products are handmade with care. While we aim to ship within 5 business days, our processing time is up to 10 business days (Monday-Friday) from day of purchase. After the order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

If you have any shipping inquiries please contact USPS or UPS for assistance. You must work with the carrier for any delivery issues (lost/damaged, non delivery) as Luna K Studios is not responsible after it ships. Please double check shipping information when ordering to ensure address is correct as we can't modify the orders and to avoid the package being returned to sender due to invalid address. Items returned to sender will be recharged the shipping rate.
